Actually, the new crowdsale terms only imply the following two:

• We won’t allow the valuation to be over 4,000 ETH for 10%
• The proposed business model depends on aggressive scaling. If we raise less than 2,000 ETH, we wouldn’t be able to execute the plan as proposed, so we would rather refund the contributions in both our and our contributors’ favor.

So with the new terms, we are not proposing any kind of valuation, hence the discussion in the article about trusting the market’s valuation.
